Sustain
Light monthly support that keeps a finished build running: up to 5 hours a month and next business day response.
What This Is
Sustain is the light managed tier. It keeps what I built running after a Single Automated Workflow or a Department Embed, when the operation has a few systems and no controlled compliance documents that need regular re-checking against the regulations.
Each month you get up to five hours of support and stabilization on the systems on your written service list, a health review, access administration in your own Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account, your document and automation lists kept current, and a plain-English service summary.
The support level is set in writing, so you can raise it, lower it, or end it as the operation changes. Ending it never affects your ownership of anything I built.
Before you pick a tier, read how managed operations work: what is covered, where your data lives, who holds the keys, and how an exit runs.
Who It's For
Best-fit operation profiles
- Operations that finished a Single Automated Workflow or a Department Embed
- Owners with a few systems who want someone watching them
- Teams running one or two live data connections or AI features
- Shops that want a known escalation path without starting a new project
Problems This Removes
Operational pain points addressed
- Scripts and automations that break quietly after handoff
- Documentation that drifts away from what is actually running
- Access nobody reviews after staff changes
- Small issues compounding into expensive failures
- No trusted place to send a problem when something stops working

Scope & Pricing
Duration and cost
Duration: Monthly, after a build
Price: $1,500-$2,500 per month
Included hours: Up to 5 hours a month
Response: Next business day: acknowledgement and triage
Review: No scheduled review meeting; a written service summary every month
Price is set by included hours and service level. More systems under management, more users, or a live data connection or AI feature in play moves it up inside the range.
A written service list and one monthly price set in your agreement. No surprise invoices.
You keep senior operational reach-back without carrying a full-time salary, benefits, and idle overhead between active change cycles.
Rules that come with every managed tier
- Every response time means I acknowledge the issue and triage it within that window. It is not a promise that the fix is finished inside the window.
- Response windows run during business hours. Around-the-clock coverage is not included.
- Unused hours never roll over. Included hours are a monthly ceiling, not a bank.
- Managed Operations Plus is capped at 20 hours a month. Work beyond the cap is quoted as a separate project, not squeezed in.
- Managed tiers cover support and stabilization of the systems on your written service list. Enhancements, upgrades, and new builds are quoted as separate work.
- The tier is set by load. One or two live data connections or AI features fit Sustain. Three or more, or any private data or AI server, need Managed Operations or higher.
What's included

- Next business day acknowledgement and triage
- Access administration and a quarterly access review
- Hours used shown against the monthly ceiling
What's not included
- New development, enhancements, or upgrades (quoted as separate work)
- Re-checking controlled compliance documents against the regulations (starts at Managed Operations)

How to Start
First three steps
- Step 1: Finish a Single Automated Workflow or an embed first.
- Step 2: Agree on the written service list: which systems are covered, who approves changes, and how requests reach me.
- Step 3: Start the monthly cycle: health review, support as needed, and a written summary.
