Add-On Services
Scoped add-on work without diluting the core embedment ladder.
These services handle specific operational needs that do not require a full embedment. Every line below has a price band, a cap, and a fit profile.
Add-on service catalog
Use these as standalone scoped projects or as support tracks during embedment work. Accessibility and tool-cleanup lines are common first entries before broader operational change.
Website Builds & Refreshes
A public brochure site on your own hosting and domain: page structure, accessibility-first templates, forms that send email, and handoff notes.
Who it fits: Owner-led operations that need a cleaner public presence without a heavy agency process.
Pricing: New builds $1,500 to $6,500 flat. A simple site for a new small business starts at $1,500 flat and can come in lower after our first meeting: I want to be friendly to a business that is just starting up, so the first site is sized to what it needs now. Refreshes are quoted on the amount of work needed. Page count and any copy help are stated in the quote.
Outside this add-on:
- Forms into a CRM, booking, payments, portals, or any two-way sync: Single Automated Workflow
- Ongoing site care by the month: Sustain
- A site that would price above $6,500: Department Embed
- Hosting and domain: you pay the provider directly, in your own account
Related tier: Often paired with Operations Assessment when website friction reflects deeper process issues.
Accessibility Audits & Remediation
Accessibility scan, issue triage, a remediation plan, fixes to content and templates, and a re-test with a written result, for websites, apps, and digital documents.
Who it fits: Organizations that need to reduce accessibility barriers and legal exposure without buying a widget workaround.
Pricing: Small site audit free for every business through January 19, 2027, then $500-$1,000. The first audit for a new small business is always free. Small site remediation $1,500-$3,500 flat. Medium and large scopes priced from the audit, capped at $7,500. Yearly re-scan $500, one time.
Outside this add-on:
- Remediation that needs app logic or integration changes: Single Automated Workflow
- Work that would price above $7,500: Department Embed
- Continuous monitoring: Sustain
Related tier: Often paired with Department Embed when accessibility fixes need process ownership inside one team.
Computer Reimaging & Endpoint Programs
A standard image or profile, the rebuild steps, a written baseline, and rollout for up to about 50 devices. Same price for Windows with Intune and for Google-managed devices.
Who it fits: Teams with inconsistent laptop/desktop configurations and no repeatable rebuild standard.
Pricing: $75-$150 per device, minimum job $750. Optional endpoint baseline $1,500-$3,500 flat. Total capped at $7,500.
Outside this add-on:
- More than about 50 devices, or a total above $7,500: Department Embed
- Ongoing endpoint management by the month: Managed Operations
- Scripted provisioning with approvals: Single Automated Workflow
- Software licenses: yours, bought in your own account
Related tier: Often paired with Department Embed for dispatch and admin teams standardizing their workstations.
Scheduled Backups & Data Protection
A backup plan, the schedule set up in your own backup account, one restore test with a written result, and an ownership map of who holds each account, so recovery is not guesswork.
Who it fits: Small and mid-sized operations handling compliance records, dispatch data, or safety documentation.
Pricing: $750-$1,500 flat, one time
Outside this add-on:
- The backup service license: you buy it from the vendor, on a line separate from setup labor
- Quarterly restore tests and monitoring: Sustain
- Backups spanning departments, or systems that need custom scripts: Single Automated Workflow
Related tier: Often paired with Sustain once the backup schedule is running.
Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace Setup & Admin
Tenant setup, user provisioning, permission cleanup, a security baseline, and admin transfer to your named owner so internal teams can manage confidently. Google and Microsoft at the same price.
Who it fits: Operators that inherited ad hoc tenant setup and need stable admin control before growth.
Pricing: $1,000-$2,000 flat up to 10 users. $2,000-$4,000 flat for 11 to 25 users. Above 25 users, add $75 per user, capped at $7,500.
Outside this add-on:
- Ongoing admin by the month: Sustain or Managed Operations
- Scripted onboarding or approvals: Single Automated Workflow
- Multiple domains, multiple locations, or a migration above $7,500: Department Embed
- Licenses: bought by you, in your own account
Related tier: Often paired with Department Embed for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace clients.
Targeted Compliance Documentation
Written procedures, SOP structure, and accountable ownership notes for DOT, hazmat, safety, and similar operating processes. Documents only. It is not legal advice. This documents how the work runs; it does not package evidence about AI system controls.
Who it fits: Regulated operations that need documented process now without a full long-form engagement.
Pricing: $1,500-$5,000 per document set. A set is defined in the quote by document count and regulation.
Outside this add-on:
- A tracker, reminders, or any automation: Single Automated Workflow
- Keeping documents current by the month: Managed Operations
Related tier: Often paired with Managed Operations, which keeps compliance documents current after rollout.
Need evidence about AI system controls? Compare AI-Control Attestation.
AI-Control Attestation
Audit-readiness evidence showing how an AI system's controls are versioned, reviewed, and changed, with mappings to SOC 2 and NIST 800-53 control expectations.
Who it fits: AI product companies facing enterprise security review, a SOC 2 push, or government control-evidence requirements.
Pricing: Baseline $1,500-$3,500 flat. Readiness priced as a Department Embed, $8,500-$12,000 flat. Release refresh $1,000-$1,500 flat, per release. No monthly subscription.
Outside this add-on:
- Readiness work beyond one month or beyond one department: Operation Embed
- Continuous upkeep of the evidence: Sustain
Related tier: Often paired with Single Automated Workflow when release evidence and control checks need focused automation.
Rules for every add-on
Each add-on is a fixed scope at a fixed price. These rules apply to every line above.
- Google and Microsoft versions cost the same. No add-on is sold for one platform only.
- You own every key and account. Hosting, domains, backup services, tenants, and licenses are bought by you, in your own accounts. TNDS never resells or marks up a license.
- Invoices show any license or download on its own line, separate from the setup labor.
- Support after delivery is support and stabilization only. Enhancements are quoted as new work.
- No add-on includes a live data connection or an AI feature. Those are supported only under a managed tier. Read how keys, connections, and AI work under a managed tier.
- Every add-on is capped at $7,500 unless its line states a lower cap. Work that would price above the cap is quoted as a Department Embed. See the Department Embed.
- No add-on is a monthly subscription. Ongoing upkeep runs under a managed tier, starting with Sustain. See the Sustain managed tier.
