Managed Operations
The standard managed tier: 5 to 12 hours a month, same-day response on urgent issues, compliance document upkeep, and a quarterly review.
What This Is
Managed Operations is the standard way I keep an operation running after an embed. It covers support and stabilization on the systems on your written service list, release management for the scripts and automations I manage, and the upkeep that keeps your records honest.
On a set cycle I re-check the regulations behind your controlled documents, flag what changed, and route updated drafts to whoever signs for compliance, so your procedures never quietly point at a rule that no longer exists. I draft and verify. Your compliance authority signs.
This tier is required when I administer a private data or AI server for you, or when you run three or more live data connections or AI features.
Before you pick a tier, read how managed operations work: what is covered, where your data lives, who holds the keys, and how an exit runs.
Who It's For
Best-fit operation profiles
- Any operation coming out of an embed
- Petroleum and fleet operations with DOT, hazmat, or safety documents that must stay current

Problems This Removes
Operational pain points addressed
- Procedures that still point at a rule that changed

Scope & Pricing
Duration and cost
Duration: Monthly, after a build
Price: $2,500-$4,500 per month
Included hours: 5 to 12 hours a month
Response: Same day on urgent issues: acknowledgement and triage
Review: Quarterly review with you
Price is set by included hours and service level. More hours toward twelve, more controlled document sets, more live data connections or AI features, or a private server under my administration moves it up inside the range.
A written service list and one monthly price set in your agreement. No surprise invoices.
You get senior operational coverage and compliance upkeep without a full-time hire sitting idle between issues.
Rules that come with every managed tier
- Every response time means I acknowledge the issue and triage it within that window. It is not a promise that the fix is finished inside the window.
- Response windows run during business hours. Around-the-clock coverage is not included.
- Unused hours never roll over. Included hours are a monthly ceiling, not a bank.
- Managed Operations Plus is capped at 20 hours a month. Work beyond the cap is quoted as a separate project, not squeezed in.
- Managed tiers cover support and stabilization of the systems on your written service list. Enhancements, upgrades, and new builds are quoted as separate work.
- The tier is set by load. One or two live data connections or AI features fit Sustain. Three or more, or any private data or AI server, need Managed Operations or higher.
What's included
- Support and stabilization on the systems on your written service list
- Same-day acknowledgement and triage on urgent issues
- Your document and automation lists kept current
- Script and automation break-fix
What's not included
- New development, enhancements, or upgrades (quoted as separate work)
- Regulatory sign-off (I draft and verify; your compliance authority signs)
- Work on systems that are not on your service list
- Legal, tax, or accounting advice
How to Start
First three steps
- Step 1: Finish an embed, or bring the systems I will manage to a stable baseline first.
- Step 2: Agree on the written service list, the compliance documents in scope, and who signs for compliance.
- Step 3: Start the monthly cycle and set the date for the first quarterly review.
