Core capabilities

Each capability is a service on our published ladder. The linked pages give the scope, what is included, and the price.

  • Operations assessment

A one to two week review of how the work actually gets done: process shadowing on site or remotely, document review, and a map of where handoffs break and work gets dropped. The result is a written report with a prioritized fix order, a 30, 60 and 90 day action sequence, and a written quote for any follow-on work.

  • Process documentation and SOPs

Written standard operating procedures the team can follow without the one person who used to hold the knowledge: an owner for every step, stop points that halt the work when a check fails, the exceptions, and the records to keep. Each role gets a plain list of what it owns.

  • Workflow automation

One recurring manual task automated end to end in the tools the organization already uses, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Delivered with a plain map of what triggers each step, a named owner and fallback, a procedure for the people who run it, and a handoff session.

  • Embedded operational support

Hands-on work inside one department for a month, or across several departments for three to twelve months, to fix handoffs, reporting and tool sprawl while daily operations continue. Afterward, optional monthly support keeps the finished systems running, with response times set in writing.

  • Training

Role-based training on the new procedures and tools, a manager handoff, and a transition package, so the team runs the work without outside help.

What we do not provide

  • Legal advice or regulatory representation
  • Staffing or recruiting services
  • Custom software product development
